About Custer County Court Docket

Custer County court information is divided among the free Colorado hearing calendar, vendor Register of Actions services, and the Clerk of Court at Custer Combined Court. The elected Clerk & Recorder works in the same courthouse but does not keep state trial-court files. This private reference site organizes those distinct routes so readers can identify the right calendar, records form, clerk address, or phone number without confusing a schedule entry with an official case document.

Why We Built This Site

Colorado offers several kinds of court access, yet each answers a different question. The Judicial Branch Docket Search lists scheduled proceedings. An approved vendor can show a fuller Register of Actions, which is the chronological case summary. Filed pleadings, orders, judgments, and certified copies still come from the Clerk of Court at Custer Combined Court. We built this site to place Custer County contacts, search fields, case-number patterns, fees, and request steps in their proper lanes. That separation is especially useful at the Custer County Courthouse, where the judicial clerk and the elected Clerk & Recorder share an address but hold different records.

What You Will Find Here

The main references follow the same access layers used by Colorado courts:

  • Record requests: how court records, Registers of Actions, and certified copies are ordered from the Combined Court clerk
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party or a split year, class, and sequence number
  • Docket guides: how Custer County criminal dockets and civil dockets differ
  • Court settings: how to read the court calendar and verify a current hearing with the clerk

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to Custer Combined Court, the Colorado Judicial Branch, or another government office. Those limits mean we cannot:

  • Issue a certified Register of Actions, order, judgment, or case-file copy
  • Set, confirm, continue, or cancel a Custer County court date
  • Seal, remove, correct, or amend an entry in a court system
  • Retrieve an official court file on a reader’s behalf
  • Provide legal advice about a pending or completed matter
  • Promise that a changing fee, setting, address, or office schedule remains current

Only the court that holds the original file can confirm its current status or issue an official copy. Custer state trial-court documents come from the Clerk of Court at Custer Combined Court.

Search Partners

Third-party companies operate search boxes shown on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, pricing, and privacy terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports site operation. We neither set the charge nor control the returned data. A partner result is not the certified Custer County court record and should be checked against the originating clerk’s file.
