Questions about official Custer County dockets, Registers of Actions, filed papers, certified copies, or hearing dates belong with the Clerk of Court at Custer Combined Court. This private reference site cannot access the Judicial Branch case system. The routes below distinguish the free calendar from the official record and give the verified Westcliffe address, telephone number, email, fax, and limited public-counter schedule for the court office that can answer a case-specific request.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This privately operated reference site cannot retrieve a docket, confirm or reset a hearing, seal or alter a case, issue an official copy, accept a filing, or provide legal advice. Contact the court that holds the original matter.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route each common Custer County request according to the record needed:

  • A hearing date: check the Custer County court calendar, then ask the clerk to resolve a conflict or recent reset
  • A Register of Actions: use an approved vendor for remote access or request the ROA from the Combined Court clerk
  • A certified copy: order it from the Clerk of Court, since only the record custodian can authenticate the document
  • A filed pleading or order: use the Judicial Branch Record/Document Request Form or the local records email
  • A case number: run a Custer County case search with the year, class, and sequence when known
